Terms of Service

The service and availability

These terms govern use of Tip Toe In My Jordans, an independently operated AI dance-video tool. Contact support@tiptoeinmyjordans.online for service, privacy or rights questions.

The service uses authorized reference photos to replace one or both people in a fixed dance scene. Instructions and the source template are controlled by the service; users do not submit arbitrary prompts or source videos. Examples illustrate the format, rather than guaranteeing a result for any particular photo.

Public visitors can view examples, register and manage private reference photos. Personalized generation is currently limited to approved accounts and checkout is closed. Available task specifications, credit costs and access restrictions are shown in the account interface. Displayed packs describe the offer intended when purchasing opens; viewing prices does not place an order or authorize a charge.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. Keep account credentials private and use a unique password if you choose password-based sign-in. Do not share an account, evade limits or access another person's files. Google sign-in and available recovery options are shown in the sign-in interface.

You are responsible for accurate account information and for activity you authorize. Contact support if you believe an account has been misused.

Photos and permission

Upload only your own photo or a photo of an adult who explicitly agreed to its use for this task. You must also have the right to use the photograph. Photos of minors, public figures and content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy are not allowed.

You retain your rights in your uploads and permit us and the relevant service providers to process them as needed to perform the requested workflow, maintain private storage and investigate support or abuse reports. Real-generation submission requires an adult/photo-permission declaration, whose version is recorded with the task. This assertion is not independent verification of identity, age or another person's permission.

Credits and purchases

The displayed one-time packs are USD 9.90 / 17.90 / 34.90 for 100 / 200 / 400 service credits. A complete standard video costs 100 credits whether one role or both are selected. There are no subscriptions, automatic renewals or free personalized real-video previews. Restricted operator acceptance tasks can use a different specification and are not the commercial video offer.

When purchasing becomes available, the pack, currency, amount and applicable conditions will be shown before you authorize checkout. Purchased service credits have no scheduled expiry, are for this service only, cannot be transferred and cannot be withdrawn for cash. This does not guarantee that the service will continue indefinitely. Material service or purchase-term changes will be communicated as appropriate and remain subject to applicable rights.

Signup, mock, Sandbox and operator acceptance credits have no cash value and are not purchased balances. Signup/mock/Sandbox credits cannot be converted into the real-generation wallet. Do not treat an old test balance as a purchased entitlement.

Quotes, tasks and failures

Review the server's task specification and credit quote before confirming. Credits are charged when the task is created. Tasks continue in the background when you leave the page; use My videos to check their status.

A confirmed final technical failure returns the original consumed credits once. A delayed or uncertain provider response is investigated before a task is treated as failed. Refreshing or resubmitting does not guarantee cancellation. Returning task credits is different from refunding a payment; purchase refunds follow the Refund Policy.

AI results can contain visual errors or inconsistent identity, movement or clothing. We do not guarantee a particular likeness, perfect motion or a fixed completion time. Review the result before sharing and do not present synthetic actions as authentic recordings.

Delivery and retention

Successful real tasks are delivered as private MP4 files through authenticated history, playback and download. The standard format is a roughly 11-second 720P scene with the template soundtrack; an approved test task can use another specification. A result is available for seven days after successful completion. Reference photos expire 24 hours after upload finalization, subject to active-task retention and cleanup retries.

Download available results before expiry. We do not offer permanent video storage. See the Privacy Policy for data processing and deletion requests.

Rights, restrictions and support

Photo, likeness, template, soundtrack and third-party rights can limit how an output may be used. These terms do not grant rights in another person's material or guarantee commercial-use permissions. This is an independent tool; artists, brands and platforms mentioned or shown do not endorse it.

We may investigate reported misuse and restrict abusive access subject to applicable rights. We do not claim that an automated input/output moderation system or independent consent verification is in place.

For support, refund questions, rights complaints or data requests, email support@tiptoeinmyjordans.online or use Support Tickets. Include a relevant account, order or task reference. Do not send passwords, full card details or unrelated sensitive documents. No specific response or bank-arrival time is guaranteed.

Your rights and updates

Nothing here limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. The service is subject to operational availability; we do not promise uninterrupted access or complete error detection. Any applicable limitation is subject to the law that applies to your transaction. Material changes will be reflected in the revision date and, where appropriate, a product notice. Purchase-specific seller and payment information will be identified before any checkout is enabled.
