Privacy Policy

How Tip Toe In My Jordans handles accounts, reference photos, AI processing, private videos, cookies and privacy requests.

About this policy

Tip Toe In My Jordans is an independently operated AI dance-video service at tiptoeinmyjordans.online. For privacy questions, contact support@tiptoeinmyjordans.online.

Public visitors can view examples, create an account and manage private reference photos. Personalized generation is currently restricted to approved accounts, and checkout is closed. An account's available features are shown before a task is submitted. Existing examples and operator acceptance videos do not mean that public generation or purchasing is available.

The service is for adults. Do not upload identity documents, sensitive personal records, photos of minors or material you lack permission to use.

Information we handle

  • Account and authentication: your name, email, profile image where provided, password hash for password accounts, and session records. Google sign-in supplies the basic profile and email permissions you authorize. We do not store readable passwords.
  • Reference photos: uploaded image bytes, file type, dimensions, size, content digest, ownership, and upload/expiry records.
  • Generation and credit records: selected roles, task and provider identifiers, processing settings, status, credit grants/charges/reversals, and available outputs. Real-generation task records include the version of the adult/photo-permission declaration accepted for that task.
  • Support: emails and signed-in tickets, attachments you choose to provide, and information needed to investigate a request.
  • Technical and usage information: request/network information, browser language and approved campaign parameters, where used for operation, security or permitted analytics.

Google and password-based sign-in have different verification mechanisms. Providing an email address alone does not verify ownership of it. Requested account-recovery emails and support messages are service communications; we do not currently send marketing campaigns.

Why we use it

We use information to authenticate access, store your selected photos privately, process an authorized task, account for credits, deliver available results, resolve support requests and investigate abuse. We do not sell your uploaded photos or run model training on them ourselves. This does not promise that an external provider has the same retention or training rules.

Service providers and access

  • Cloudflare provides hosting, the application database, private file storage, background workflows and email services. Its infrastructure may process account, request and file information to operate the service.
  • Google provides optional Google sign-in and One Tap. The sign-in prompt's availability depends on your browser and Google account settings.
  • For an account with real generation enabled, the selected reference photos and fixed template inputs needed for the task are sent to the Qianwen AI platform's video-generation API. We store the returned task identifier and archive the result privately. Internal acceptance tasks may use a shorter generation specification. Saving a photo by itself does not submit it to the video provider.
  • Support email is handled through Cloudflare email services and an operator-managed Gmail inbox. Email and attachment contents are processed by those email providers.
  • Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity process permitted public-page usage information under the cookie choices below.

Authorized operators may access information needed for support, administration and abuse investigation. Your photos and task results are not published to a public gallery, and application access is checked against the owning account. Private storage does not remove infrastructure or AI-provider processing.

Providers may process data outside your country. We do not promise a particular processing location, immediate deletion of provider-held copies, or an independently verified provider no-training commitment. We will update this disclosure when our processing changes.

Payments and analytics

Checkout is currently closed, so this deployment does not request card information. Before purchases open, the checkout will identify the payment provider and applicable purchase terms, and this policy will be updated for actual payment processing. Sandbox records and no-cash-value test credits are distinct from real purchases.

Our Google Analytics and Clarity integration excludes signed-in visits, account/authentication pages, and unreviewed query parameters or fragments. It masks the photo-creation area and does not send uploaded photos, account IDs or form values as analytics events. Advertising consent remains disabled. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable optional analytics.

When optional analytics is permitted, approved public UTM labels may be remembered for 30 days and associated with a new account at registration. Rejecting analytics or sending a privacy opt-out signal prevents this attribution; withdrawal clears the browser attribution cookies. Do not place personal information in campaign labels. Aggregate account milestones used in administration are not sent to Clarity replay.

Storage periods

Reference photos expire 24 hours after successful upload finalization. An active task may keep required photos pinned until it releases them. Successful results expire seven days after completion. Download a result before its expiry.

Access expiry and physical deletion are separate: scheduled cleanup and retries can remove stored objects later. Deleting a local object does not delete a copy you downloaded or guarantee deletion of a provider-held copy.

Account, support, consent and credit/task records do not disappear when an image expires. We retain these records while needed to operate the account, resolve requests, investigate abuse or meet applicable obligations. We assess deletion requests against these purposes and any required retention; we do not promise an automatic deletion date for every record category.

Your requests

You can remove an unused reference photo in Reference images. A photo needed by an active task may remain locked until the task releases it.

For access, correction or deletion requests, email support@tiptoeinmyjordans.online, preferably from the account email, or use Support Tickets. Include the account email and relevant task reference, without sending passwords or card details. We may need to verify that you can make the request. Account and video deletion requests are handled through support; a complete self-service account/video deletion flow is not currently offered. Applicable rights remain available regardless of that interface limitation.

Cookies and browser storage

Login uses session cookies. The application may store theme preferences and pending task retry information in your browser. First-touch attribution cookies follow the same regional permission and opt-out rules as optional analytics. The public interface is English only. We do not describe these application records as anonymous or promise that the site uses no storage.

Cloudflare provides the request's country code to select our initial analytics policy; we do not request precise location or send that country decision as a custom analytics event. For visits identified as United States, optional analytics may start without an initial consent card unless you previously rejected it or your browser sends a privacy opt-out signal. Visits from all other locations, including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and visits with an unknown location use prior opt-in: the scripts remain blocked until you accept. Location can be inaccurate, for example when using a VPN.

You can accept or reject optional analytics and change or withdraw your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. We remember explicit choices for 180 days; a regional default is not saved as an acceptance. A rejection or privacy opt-out signal takes priority over the regional default. Rejecting analytics does not disable sign-in. We keep advertising consent disabled. Google and Microsoft may process device, network and usage information under their respective privacy statements: Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
