Acceptable Use Policy

Photo permissions, prohibited content, AI limitations and how to report misuse of Tip Toe In My Jordans.

Last updated: 2026-10-24

Authorized adults only

Use the service only if you are at least 18. Upload your own photo or an adult's photo only with their explicit agreement to its use for the task and permission to use the photograph. Do not upload minors or public figures.

For real generation, you must confirm the adult/photo-permission declaration before submission. We record its version with the task; we do not independently verify each person's age, identity or consent.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not create, upload or attempt to use the service for:

  • Nudity, sexual or exploitative depictions, or sexualized images of any person.
  • Any depiction of a minor, or content that puts children at risk.
  • Harassment, humiliation, hate, threats, graphic violence or unlawful content.
  • Unauthorized likeness use, misleading impersonation, fraud or deceptive political messaging.
  • Copyright, trademark, privacy or other third-party-rights infringement.
  • Evading account, credit or request limits; accessing another user's private data; malware; or disrupting the service.

A fixed template and an apparent likeness do not establish permission. Review AI outputs before sharing, and do not claim they are authentic recordings of what a person did.

Checks and limitations

The application checks technical file constraints, account access and task eligibility. These checks are not a complete content-safety system. We do not claim an independent automated input/output moderation service, face-identity matching or continuous human monitoring is in place. A provider's own restrictions may also prevent a task from being completed.

Public generation and purchasing remain restricted. Do not use an operator test or an example as permission to bypass those restrictions.

Reporting misuse, rights concerns or unsafe content

Anyone can email support@tiptoeinmyjordans.online, including people without an account. Signed-in users can also use Support Tickets.

Provide the relevant page or task reference, a description of the issue, your relationship to the material and the action you are requesting. Do not re-upload harmful material or send passwords or full payment details. We may request enough information to assess the report and your authority to make it.

Reports are handled through support. Depending on the issue and available evidence, we may investigate, restrict access or remove material using the applicable administrative tools. These are case-by-case actions, not a promise that every upload is reviewed automatically or that every report is resolved within a fixed deadline. You can reply through the same support channel to ask for reconsideration or clarify a decision.

Task-credit reversals and purchase refunds are different processes; see the Refund Policy.
